VINIFICATION:
Pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) and fermentation at controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Matured on fine lees for 6 months.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Soft salmon color with gray highlights. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, lime, and small white flowers. Crisp on the palate, dominated by citrus aromas. Rose petals, pink grapefruit, white pepper, lemon blossoms, and rose water contribute to the complex structure of Lexis Gris. Pleasant, balanced acidity and a lingering finish with a hint of Turkish delight.
