A limited release cuvee from 100% Assyrtiko, reflecting the volcanic terroir of Santorini. Shiny golden yellow wine, which stands out for its rich varietal aromatic character. Mouth rich with the unique metallic character with a strange but at the same time wonderful combination of lemon, salt, sulfur and pumice. Its perfectly balanced taste is combined with a long and strongly aromatic aftertaste.
VINIFICATION:
Aging for 12 months in oak barrels and aging for another 12 months in the bottle!
