VINEYARD:
Ancient mountainous vineyard at an altitude of 711m, with slate soil.
VINIFICATION:
100% free-run juice, aged for 12 months on fine lees in egg-shaped tanks. Filtered, but without undergoing fining.
CHARACTERISTICS:
A nose with aromas of jasmine and night-blooming flowers. Notes of botanicals and dried nuts, complemented by subtle minerality. Impressive volume that deviates from the profile of a conventional dry Muscat. Complex aromas of untamed nature. Subtle acidity that balances perfectly with its intense fruity aromas. A delicate mineral sensation with a hint of botanicals. Together, they create a result with a long-lasting finish.
