VINIFICATION:
Use of only the free-run juice. Fermentation in cold temperature controlled tanks in order to preserve the primary aromas. Batonnage for approximately three months.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Pale lemon- green color with aromas of white flowers and fruits. Balanced and youthful taste. Serve at 8°C as an aperitif or with seafood, spinach pies and white fresh cheeses.
