Unfiltered low intervention wine. Hand-picked grapes. Berry selection, slow alcoholic fermentation and maturation in French oak casks for 12 months. A gentle ruby red wine with aromas of wild red fruits, botanicals from Meteora and a complex, sophisticated palate.

Cherry, sour cherry, violets, mountain tea and cardamom.
